FRINGS pilot fermenter PROREACT for the optimization of fermentation processes |

FRINGS has developed a new fermentation unit for use in laboratories and biological production processes.
Due to its modular design, the FRINGS Pilot fermenter PROREACT can be custom configured.
It is suitable for a broad range of applications in different processes of blue and white biotechnology, including enzymes, yeasts and bacteria.
- Special yeast strain fermentations
- High cell-density fermentations
- To be used for R&D, as intermediate stage in scale-up processes or as mobile production unit
FRINGS PROREACT is available in sizes ranging from 20 L to 500 L.

Highly efficient aeration fermenter
PROREACT has been designed especially for aerobic fermentations.
The highly efficient aeration system FRIBORATOR achieves particularly high oxygen transfer rates at low energy consumption.
The mechanical foam destruction system FOAMEX P allows you to control the foam formation in the fermenter.
Measurement technology and process control
PROREACT is equipped with special measurement probes for pH and O2 determination.
The system ALCOSENS 2620 allows for on-line measurement of ethanol or methanol.
Integrated control software converts these measurement signals into feed strategies and control concepts.
